Question by : what can i do? i bought a car 1 month ago from a diller and now does not work?
Hello I really need help i bought a car from a diller feb 9th a little more than a month ago i paid cash for it
$ 6,800 I was on a rush to get the car,, the only reason I went there is because someone told me the had good cars, and her bussiness card says sales of domestic and imported cars, but the owner only gave me a month warranty when i first looked at the car I noticed the passenger door was a different color than the rest of the car so i asked the lady and she said yeah the car was on an accident ok so when i took the rest of the payment to her she gave me my tilte and i notice the title said normal but it said *rebuilt car* so i got the carfax and yes it said it was a salvage car in October of 2010 so i asked her and she said yeah its a rebuilt car?!?! and yeah i had allredy paid her most of the money but and now im having a lot of trouble with it,,, alot it needs to be replaced, im so upset i have two kids that i take to daycare i go to school and work. I havent called her and tell her whats going on but i can hear her allredy saying thats not my problem. can i take it back? can i file a court? what do i do i dont have money to replace the oxygen sensor and catalytic can please someone help i live in Indianapolis

Unless you have a written warranty, you have no recourse here. It sounds like you need some lessons in basic common sense in buying cars. First, you never spend all your money, you always hold some back for repairs and such. Second, why would you spend all that money for a salvaged piece of junk that isn’t even all one color? Sometimes you need to walk away from a bad deal. Third, salvage cars are worth very little, if they’re worth buying at all. Bear that in mind next time.

can i take it back? can i file a court?
–No and no. Well, yes and yes, but the former is a repossession and the latter would be YOU losing in court.
