what can I do with a Salvage Non-Repairable car?

I bought a Salvage car from an auction in VA and after repairing it the inspector told me that the car can not be use because its a Salvage non-repairable car, he told me that its only good for parts. Now I don’t know what to do, I don’t have time to sell it part by part, should I donate it? to who? or can I sell it to someone that can fix the title, I heard that MD can change the title from non-repairable to just repairable, but for that i would have to move to MD. I don’t know what to do Please help/…….
The car is a Jeep liberty, 1994 runs great, the car is in perfect conditions and when I bought it i just had to change the the bumper and fix some dents in the drivers door…
If anyone could please advice me…..

Your best bet is to call your state’s Dept of Motor Vehicles and find out from them.

In Wisconsin, once the vehicle has been repaired, the State Patrol inspects the vehicle. if it passes, then you’re all set. I would imagine VA’s laws aren’t that much different.

it would be real fun to put it in the demo derby or a mini monster truck compotition and if you cant do eaither you can sell it to the scrapp yard

Well I would try the state motor vehicle division to see if I could get it retitled. If not the best thing to do with it would be to donate to a good Charity. Like the disabled vets, the blind industry. or whoever you choose. that way you can wright it off on your taxes next year as a donation

Sell the car whole as a parts car. Advertise it for what it is. A non-repairable salvage car.

You probably don’t have much into it so your loses will be minimal.

Also look up Jeep forums online. There may be several people there interested in getting a parts car.

I don’t know about Jeep, but the Dodge Charger has a forum. BMW has several, such as bimmerfest and others.
